Once a week, members and parents learn gardening techniques, healthy eating, how to protect Mother Nature, and plant fruits and vegetables in the community garden. Members and their parents also have the opportunity to enjoy a healthy snack from the garden such as strawberries and kale. Moreover, the Gardening Club exposes participants to careers in botany and culinary arts.
In order to get the freshest taste from fruits and veggies, you need to grow them yourself.
The little one taking notes about…the other little one.
